Airbag Recall

First notified in March about airbag recall with a note saying parts not available until late June. Called dealer in June and they said they would order my parts. I got an auto call saying my part was in. Called to make appointment and was told only 1 in that I would have to come back another time for the driver side. I said my time was important and I wanted them both done at the same time that I would wait for the other part. It is now 4 months and I just got another corporate recall notice, but no parts to replace for recall. I don't have cell and the only corporate contacts is via twitter, otherwise just local dealer. How do I get the replacement done for this recall? In the meantime we are at risk. I doubt this site is even connected to Honda.
