About Customer Care

Hi,do you have any contacts about customer care service in Europe?I have a problem with honda's dealership in Bulgaria and i have been trying to get in touch with the so called head office for europe on honda.uk but no one seems to care there.Does anyone care for honda's customers no matter where you are??
