No Refund On Hotel Cancellation
Cancelled hotel reservation at Holiday Inn Express 45 days in advance made thru hotel reservations.com . My credit card was immediately charged for the three night stay with no refund. This is unethical and if not resolved plan to report to BBB and FTC..
