Cancellation
Hello could you please help me i booked a 3 night stay for the 19 dec to 22 dec,but i had to cancell 4 days after i booked it was £137.00 i have just paid that on credit card do we have to pay full amount or so much this was in nov can you help and explain please Mrs K Hulley
