Brand New,wont Start

Just got the hitachi EC25E three day's ago,Ever since we open the box and set it up on the truck it has not been starting.No matter what we do we cannot get it to run,has oil,gas,choked full-halfway,Switch is on,Everything the manual says to do and them some.But it just still wont start.im catching heat from my company now because i cant get my job done without this compressor i brought it into the store and they said the warrenty is only under the manfacturer so id have to send it back unless i wanted to switch it out but they do not have another exact model and id have to pay for the difference for a different kind.Is there a secret to getting this thing started or have i just boughten a complete pile of junk and now have to explain to my boss we need to spend another $600 on a different compressor?
