Hitachi 61sbx59b Ultravion >> Dark Screen

My projection TV has a very dark screen (to almost completely dark ) when the show is depicting late evening or night. I need schematics showing replacement tube locations or recommended repairs for my TV.I have adjusted the brightness and this appearshould to help but I am sure a maintenance or replacement activity is needed.

This link is to a company that offers repair kits for various faults with the specific model you have.

http://www.tvrepairkits.com/xcart/61sbx59b/

However you can also search the Hitachi site for help with diagnosis of your problem. I have no commercial interest in the above company or any experience of their capability.

Hope that helps.
