How To Factory Reset T310

All hotkeys are disabled. I have tried the ctrl+alt+shift+space bar . I have tried tapping on the shift key as it boots. Nothing i do can or will allow me to reset this thin client back to factory default settings. Does anyone know a step by step on how to make this happen?
