Video Card?

Is the video card built in to the MB? Computer comes on but no video signal. Fixable" or Trash?

If the video port is lined up with the rest of the ports along the side then it is built into the motherboard. If it is in one of the slot spaces below all other ports then it is a card.

Just take the side off the computer and see. Also, listen for any beeps when you turn the computer on. No beeps probably means the motherboard is dead.
