Volume Muted...user Mode.

Volume muted in a View client session...User mode (MT41).Works fine in admin mode.

It is possible that the sound has been disabled by the administrator whoever that is. If it is yourself check whether the sound indicator is lit. If it is off then check the Fn=6 & Fn=7 keys as the volume could just be turned down. Maybe something as simple as that. without any more to go on it is not easy to give a definite solution. You can check out more help at the attched link where the service guide and user guides can be downloaded.
