Printer Is Offline After Installing Current Driver Help
Downloaded and installed current driver for C4795 wireless printer. Then it said it wasn't connected to network and I was unable to access Internet. Got that fixed and now the printer is OFFLINE. Please help. Under printers and devices it shows the following w/a green check mark: HP photosmart C4700 series (Copy 1)-TIMP00 When I try to print, it's now offline

The driver software you have installed might not be compatible with your computer. Remember that not all drivers are the same. It vary based on the type and version of the Operating System you are using. You can download and install the driver software by following these steps:
1. Visit
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-photosmart-c4700-all-in-one-printer-series/model/3940571
2. Select the Operating System of your computer and Click the Next button. If you do not know your Operating System, just click Start, Right Click My Computer/Computer, Click Properties and locate the Operating System type
3. Click the driver link and start downloading the driver software
4. Make sure to restart your computer after the installation of drivers
