System Recovery For Hp Z210
my z210 came with both 32bit and 64bit recovery discs. Do I need to use both set for the restore or just the 64bit (which my computer is)

My HP Z210 System Recovery discs come in 2 disc set as follows:
HP media 641036-B23 (64bit disc 1)
HP media 641037-B23 (64bit disc 2)
{HP media 641033-B21 (32bit disc 1)}
{HP media 641034-B21 (32bit disc 2)}
On the bottom of your case, you will have a lable with something called Feaeture Byte containing a string such as
xx?? xxxx 67xx xx6b xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx .xx
where 67=ATF_OS.7 (windows 7) and 6b=AFT_HAL.64 (64bit) while one of the other word bytes (i think ??) indicates what level of OS.
You should also see BuildID on the same label with a string like
11WWTROW6**#SABG#DABG where the 6 indicated 64bit (3=32bit)
In this case, you should use the 64bit disks, booting with disc 1 to recover the original software build on teh syste,.
If, within the FeatureByte, you instead of 6b have 6a (=ATF_HAL.32) and on the Build ID instead of 6 have 3, then you should use the 32bit recovery discs.
Having said that, neither set seem to work on my system where it tells me that the "media does not support this computer" OR with the disc set not matching my lable "An unrecoverable error has occured".
Go figure...
