What Is Error Code 30.01.51 Scanner Failure About? How Can I Resolve This?
I am experiencing error code 30.01.51 which describe scanner failure. I will appreciate to get an answer on how to have this resolve for scanner HPscanjet 8500fnl

Hi. The error is related to communication error between CPB and scanner. Ensure all the connection of cpb and copy connect pcb are seated properly. Suspected part is Copy processor Board and copy processor board memory
