Issues With The Numeric Pad; Some Keys Not Working While Others Do.

We just bought a PB6570B for an employee of ours. She is claiming even though the NUM LOC is on, she cannot use the 2, 3, 6, 9, decimal point, plus or minus. Is there a known issues with this numeric pad or is something not set right. Hope you can help!
