What operating system? For Windows XP and Windows 7 see below.

Windows 7: Click Start->Control Panel->System and Security, then "Backup and Restore". Click the "Create a system repair disk" link and follow the directions.

Windows XP: Click Start->Control Panel->System and Maintenance, then click "Backup and Restore". In the left pane, click Create a system repair disc, and then follow the steps.
