Problems With Black Ink

I am using al ink but while the colours print, the black does not. I understand that y ou have experience of this problem. I have mislaid my receipt so do not know if I am still under warreny.. My seruak Ni, us CN2AN 165DB

Unfortunately, the previous answer provides a dead link.

I believe you have 2 concerns within your question which I will answer individually.
