When Trying To See Estimated Ink Levels, A Problem Screens Says 'the Parameter '
One or more of my colour cartrideges has run out - on selecting ""estimated ink levels" a problem screen states "the parameter is incorrect". I have rebooted, to no avail.

Here there is troubleshooting information with various solutions to problems. It may be that your printing preferences are out of range. However I would suggest you may have to replace all the cartridges for new ones to enable the printer to reset. They could have been corrupted if they have chips in. I know Epson ones have chips but not sure about HP.
