Duplex Paper Jam

hp laserjet P4015n printer jams whenever we want to dulpex print. The 1st page prints successfully - then it feeds back into the printer preparing to print side 2 but stalls/jams as the page re-enters. Single sided printing doesn't have a problem. Any troubleshooting ideas?

If you have previously used duplex printing then the duplexer option pack must be fitted. This is an upgrade option and if it was not fitted that section would be greyed out. I have attached a link to your device which explains dealing with a paper jam. There is also other support elsewhere on the link.

this printer does not have the duplex option on the device. just because the drivers has got the duplex option does not mead the printer has the duplex printing ability. it use the drivers for the hp p4015dn
