Print Margin Issue

I bought two HP 4014n printers, yet one has a print margin issue that cuts off the images on the right side. Both are networked. The only configuration difference I see is a symbol set =PC-8 The other printer that works correctly says symbol set=Roman-8. Is that the problem and how do I correct?
