Hp 8600 Pro Premium E-all-in-one Printer Email Addresses Problem

I am unable to actually save more than 1 email address in my address book on my HP 8600 Pro Premium e-All-in-one printer. Even though I am prompted to add a 2nd address, and I enter that address, and I say yes to adding it, I'm not able to 'cleanly' get out of the cycle of adding a new email address. And even when I get out of that cycle and am ability to scan/email a doc to the new email address, the address is apparently never saved in the address book because on subsequent scan/email sessions, I never see the new addresses. Is there a solution?

It sounds like the printer has a corrupted database. A reset to factory settings and restarting the setup from scratch may resolve the problem Normally taking the power cable from the supply and leaving the printer off for about 30 minutes after reset is recommended. I have attached a link to HP for your printer which will give you advice and support.
