'checking Device' Message Has Been On For 30 Min.
Trying to change cartridge, but "checking device" message has been on for 30 min.

Please try these below:
1. Open the access door (as if your going to change the ink supplies), check if the message in CGD will change to "door Open"
2. If yes, Close it and wait for a while if it can brecover.
3, if not, try to press the power button on the control panel.
4. Again check if can recover.
5. If still cannot, please try to unplug the cord of printer (from behind) and put it back and see if recover.
