I Have The Printer Hp Officejet 6500aplus, Now It Has Showing One Proplem Name
I have the printer HP Officejet 6500APlus, now it has showing one proplem name 0x6101 bef. I dont know how solve this proplem, so please you tell me about this situtation.

Hi. Please check the papar feed tray and area where the printing happens that is where the carriage moves to and fro for anything stuck. Also check the rollers on the rear for anything stuck.

Hello tvscha,
This type of error usually refers to a carriage issue, such as a stuck carriage or a small peice of torn paper lodged somewhere inside the printer.
The 2 following links provide various troubleshooting options to possibly fix the issue relevant to your HP Model.
Resolve an Alpha-Numeric Error Code
The steps provided within the links should be followed in the order received. Also, you do not need to continue to the next steps if a solution is found.
If no resolution can be found, then you will likely need to either:
- a) Contact HP to see about having the printer repaired (if still under warranty)
- b) look to purchase a printer on sale, as the cost to repair a printer outside of the warranty timeframe can cost almost, if not more than, purchasing a new one.
