What Is Wrong When It Will Not Stop Printing

even when the print is cancelled it keep printing

It will continue to print documents which are previously not printed by included in the queue or waiting list of documents. The best solution for this is to remove the paper or wait until the printing will stop. Also, you can put extra paper to print your queued documents to save paper products. Refer to the user's manual here for more information.
