Just install XP and off you go. The user guide is here: http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00291874/c00291874.pdf

The only difference between this chassis and a regular desktop is that the hardware is a bit more robust. Other than that there's not much difference. If you have a rack mounted version there is a conversion hit you can get from HP to convert it to a tower system.
