What Are The Settings To Scan Double Sided Pages To A Single File?

I used to be able to scan multiple one sided pages through the feeder then add each side of a double sided page to the scan file, one at a time. I don't know what has changed in the driver since I can only set to create a file for each scannesd page but there is no setting to add single pages to a multi page file.
