Paper Jam From Un-removable Scraps

We have an HP 400 Pro MFP M425dn. We got a paper jammed in the top paper-feeder tray, and removed the paper. There is a small chunk of jammed paper but it's in the rollers. You can see it when you look between the paper feeder and where the scanned paper comes out, but can't access the tiny space to remove the paper left behind. We can't feed anything through the top feeder anymore because it gets jammed on the paper that's still stuck. Is there a way to disassemble the top feeder portion of the printer in order to take out small scraps?

This is a link to HP. There are numerous pages of information on curing paper jams. If none of the options given help then you will need the help of an engineer to dis-assemble the printer. Obviously HP will provide the service but there are other capable engineers out there that could solve your dilemma.
