Depending on exactly what error it is (49.xx) the problem may be different, but a lot of times the 49 errors can be caused by corrupted print jobs. Many times this happens when printing a web page.

The immediate fix is to cancel the print job and then reboot the printer. If possible, upgrade to the current version of firmware which may help prevent that error from occurring in the future.
