How To Install A New Scanner If My Computer Is Formatted

If your computer is newly reformatted, you have to install the compatible driver software first to make your device work with your computer properly. The latest driver software can be found online at HP website. Here's the link to the download page.

Install the driver and restart your computer. Print a test page to test your printer.
