I Have Changed The Ink In My5520e All In One Series And It Is Not Printing Out .
I have changed ink but it is only printing out faintly but says that the ink wells are full.

I believe that you did not use the original ink cartridge for your HP Deskjet F4500 printer. Remember that there printers which cannot be used properly or display error messages if no original ink cartridge is installed. The ink cartridges can be purchased here:
