Black Cartridge Will Not Print
I have an HP4620 printer. I just replaced my ink cartridges but the black one will not print. I have tried numerous times to get it to work. help

Follow the steps in order for the printer to work
- Use genuine HP cartridges
- Allow automatic servicing to complete
- Do a manual cleaning of the printer
- Check the paper
- Check the print settings
- Check ink levels and replace low or empty cartridges
- Print and evaluate a print quality diagnostic report
- Use an automated tool to clean the print head
- Align the all in one
- Replace the problem cartridge
You can take help to follow these steps from the HP customer support, troubleshooting print quality issues document by simply typing into Google. Still if the problem persists and the printer is in warranty the HP will replace it at no cost.
