My Computer Doesn't Recognize The Printer?

I downloaded the driver from your site and when I set it up through the setup it tells me to connect the printer even though it is connected via the USB cable. What am I doing wrong?

Greetings - Is the driver you are having the same as the one on the link below - if not then there must have been an error previously. However if they are the same. Then you just have to try trick like restarting - and please only plug in the USB cable when prompted to do so. Please do repost if need be.
