Also, do a refill exchange program. What I mean here is dont fill up your cartridge and try to reinstall it in the printer. Switching cores altogether between uses will help increase success.

You should be able to just print. It will tell you it is empty, the computer will give you all sorts of messages and stuff but ignore them and print until the prints look bad coming out of your printer. If you have trouble bypassing any messages -- give me a shout with the exact messages you are receiving. If you get messages like "incompatible cartridge", "cartridge missing", "Check cartridge", "remove and check cartridge", or "old generation cartridge installed" -- those are not bypassable.

Unfortunately, this is just a challenging printer for using remanufactured cartridges. Even if you get it to work one time, it may fail partway through the cartridge or give you trouble the next time you change it out. It will be a constant struggle! If you passionately want to use refilled cartridges, I would suggest investing in a different printer all together. I could provide some recommendations if you would like to go that route.
