Printing With Dotted Lines.

I have the plotter HP Designjet T1300, I bought it about 6 months ago.Recently started having problems with printing.Especially with black toner.For example if I send for plotter any color document, only black color printing with spaces.I can't figure out.I tried to clean printheads several times, align printheads, changed the cartridge but all the same.Please tell me what is the problem, and how it can be fixed.Thank you!
