I'm Trying To Scan A Document But Document Gets Stuck.
I'm trying to scan a 24" x 36" document for the first time in our T830. The scanner accepts the drawing regardless of rotation (landscape or portrait) but, stops about 1/2 way through the scan and a grinding sound is coming from the inside of the plotter. Is there a common issue that would cause this or do I need to contact our service agent?
