Why Did My Photo Frame Go Blank?

First the image flickered, then went blank. I unplugged, waited and replugged power cord from both electical outlet and from frame. Elec. outlet is good. HP flash drive is good. No go with power button in back of frame. Can it be fixed? Please advise. Thank you.
