Print Out Is Light. What The Steps I Followed To Orrect This? Plz Help Me.

It sounds like the printer is simply off-line. Try pressing the "resume" button on the control panel. It looks like a sheet of paper with a bent corner and an arrow on it.

Press and hold this button to print a ststus page. The status page may give a hint as to the issue.

Try power cycling the printer as well. This will often fix issues as well.

Download the user manual. It has error light codes, status messages, and all control and programming functions. It may help to read through it.
