It´s Not Write In Color Anymore? Whats Wrong?
The machine does´t write in color any more? That´s wrong?

Assuming that the color toner is not out I suggest that you check the print settings in Windows. Make sure that black and white has not been selected by accident. If it has not and everyone using the printer has the issue it will need to be serviced.
