How do you Turn Off double sided printing on the HP CM2320fxi?

I'm assuming that you're referring to "from a PC...".

That is adjusted in the settings for the printer on the PC doing the printing. It can be set on a per job basis or for the printer in general. Just click on the printer "Properties" after you click on "Print".

Again, assuming that you have the correct driver installed the options for the selected printer should have a "Print on Both Sides" checkbox. Just uncheck that.
