How To Do Diagnosis To The Bl45p Enclosure When 4 Blades Are In Ambar Led?

We have an energy failure and when energy is back we cannot bring up 4 blades, those are in ambar lit, is there a way to do diagnostics to the hardware? whitout the OS running?
