Trying To Re-align The Touch Screen But Having Some Difficulties.

The touch screen on my Digital Scanner 9250c is off and I can't figure out how to re-align it. I tried to go to the control panel but that requires using the touch screen to access. Once I get to "TOUCHSCREEN" it doesn't really help me re-align it since I have to click on boxes to do so. Is there a way to reset it or something?

The only full factory reset noted is through the touch screen. Try holding in the power button while plugging in the power cord. Typically for 10 seconds. If that doesn't do it you may be forced to have HP service it.

It also most sounds like the touch sensor is physically misaligned. That would require removing the case to fix. I might recommend having a local PC tech look it over. For the cost of an hours labor he may be able to fix the entire issue.
