How To Turn On Bluetooth On 6930p

First check your BIOS settings for the wireless function. In BIOS check
System Configuration menu -> Built-In Device Options:
- Enable/disable the wireless button state
- Enable/disable embedded Bluetooth® device radio. If this doesn't work try restoring the defaults in the BIOS
