I Accidentally Deleted The Whole Hard Drive On My Computer It Is A Hp 620

I didn't create a system repair or restore disk and I keep getting a message that says disk error and my computer won't even start up to load the desk top it just says that message and press any key to continue and I do that and it doesn't do anything.
