Irr

if a stock was bought at $28.29, year 1 dividend: $1.00, 2 div: $!.50, 3$1.80, after 3 years, the stock was sold at $35. For the IRR are the keystrokes: -28.29 PV, 35 FV, -5.30 (divs)PMT, 3N, I/YR? is this correct to find the IRR?
