When An Incomplete Question Is Asked, How Do We Follow Up?

There has been many questions that was missing information needed to give a properly answer. So I put in a "request for more information". Unless the question is re-posted with all the new information, the email is not resent to my email address for my review. For all I know they have answered the query, but I don't have any way to check back periodically to see. I there a way to have the question resent when the customer updates his blog?

In many, probably most, cases the questioner will not respond to your query for more information. If the questioner does respond, that response will be sent to you and will not be elsewhere available. That response will give you an opportunity to answer the question with the additional information, from the link to the question that will appear with the response.

Odin is not entirely correct. When you submit a request for more information, the person that asked the question is notified, given an opportunity to respond, and your request is posted on the question page. If the question asker does respond, you are notified and their response is posted on the question page as well. You can see an example of such an interaction here:
