Help Owl does not take money from users. It seems you've been scammed. (Sorry.) Regarding obtaining manuals: Help Owl does link to a great many manuals, and unfortunately some of those links don't work--that is, when Help Owl doesn't really have the particular manual. (Sorry again.)
