Account Setup
How do I see which companies I have already subscribed to via e-mail/RSS feeds, so that I don't subscribe to the same company twice? I keep populating my list of companies that I answer questions about. However, I don't know how to access my "company profile list" to see which ones I already have, and which ones I can add to that list.

You can configure your company email and RSS settings by clicking the "Learn More" button in the "Answer Questions" box on your account home page. The direct URL is: http://www.helpowl.com/account_notifications.php.
