Redemption Of Points
Can i get answer from Helpowl administrator, is there any exception for people who doesn't have amazon payment or walmart payment or other gifts option to get reward through Paypal or any other source.
I am Indian and I won't be able to create amazon payment account. Exceptions are always there, please see through this.

It's inconceivable that there could be an "exception" to a policy clearly documented on the site. However, you may ask, by writing [email protected].
