Email us or call 1-877-474-1122 to discuss your issue. We will need to provide you a return authorization so we can accept your product when you send it back to us. Upon receiving the product in its original, unused condition, we will refund your money, minus the original shipping cost.
It has been MORE than 60 days since I bought my product.
We are sorry, but we can only accept returns for products received within 60 days of purchase.
