This Is The Most Upsetting Thing Ever.
I did everything I was asked, cut the cord layed it beside the cooker, took and sent the picture, now you tell me it is not good enough. So disappointed with Hamilton Beach. Have always used your products but after this will have to re-think. # you gave me to send with picture is 40540, could you take another look both ends are showing attached to nothing. I am struggeling with hip replacement, and this is something I do not need.
