I Have Sent 4 E Mails To [email protected] And None Have Made It. A Scam?

I Had A Coffee Maker That Was Heating Up On It's Own. It Would Have Caused A Fire. I Was Asked To Cut The Cord, Take A Picture And Send The Picture. They Would Replace. I Have Sent 4 E Mails And Called To Verfy Receipt And Been Told No E Mail. Is This A Way To Push Off Customers? Am I Being Scamed. The Coffee Pot Was 7 Months Old. A Christmas Gift.
