Bread Machine Cycles

recipe using whole wheat, bread white flour, dried fruit, honey,  fruit liquid, salt, nutmeg, yeast, dry milk,oats,dry milk,oil.  I used cycle 11 and the bread did not rise. I proofed the yeast .  Is this the right cycle?.   Thanks
